The Ranger™ Irrigation Fluid Warming Unit is a compact, user-friendly system designed to warm irrigation fluids in real time using dry-heat technology. Engineered to deliver precise temperature control and high flow performance during surgical irrigation procedures.

Key Features & Benefits

High volume fluid delivery
Supports gravity flow rates up to ≈ 867 mL/min when the fluid bag is hung ~100 cm above the scope. Fluid output temperatures range from 33 °C to 41 °C, with warm-up to set point achieved in under 2 minutes. -
Smart temperature control
A microprocessor controller checks the plate temperature four times per second, automatically adjusting to maintain a 41 °C set point. Audible and visual alarms are triggered if temperatures exceed 48 °C or drop below 33 °C; secondary cut-off occurs at 50 °C. -
Safe, water-free heating design
Dry-heat system reduces contamination risk compared to water bath warmers and prevents overheating. -
Compact, portable & durable
Unit dimensions are approximately 4.5″ H × 7.5″ W × 10″ D (11 × 19 × 25 cm) and weighs about 3.4 kg (7 lb 7 oz). Integrated handle and pole clamp support mobility and easy mounting. -
Easy maintenance
Compatible with Ranger cleaning tool (Model 90030) for non-invasive heater plate cleaning—no disassembly required.
