Return Policy

We want to make returns simple and transparent. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.

Important: All PPE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

Customers may return new, unused, and unopened products in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and determine if the return is eligible.

  • If approved, we will provide return authorization along with instructions.
  • If applicable, a return shipping label will be issued based on the reason for the return.
Important: Only the items listed and approved on your Return Request Form will be inspected and processed. Any additional items sent that were not included in the approved return request may be discarded and will not be eligible for refund or return.

Returns will only be accepted after approval through this process. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • If the return is due to our error, we will arrange the return through our courier company at no cost to you.
  • If the return is due to customer error, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Temperature-controlled products
  • Custom products, including special orders and personalized items
  • On-stock merchandise not normally held in our regular inventory but ordered at your request
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and posting.
