Customers may return new, unused, unopened products in re-sellable condition within 30 days. No returns after 30 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-512-9159. If your return is accepted and is as a result of our error, we’ll set up a return via our courier company, as well as provide authorization and instructions on how to prepare and return the package. If the return is as of customers error, you will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and for the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like temperature controlled products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or on-stock merchandise not held within our regular inventory but ordered at your request. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance and final sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund, generally with 5 to 10 business days.
