The FT‑14 is a lightweight, transparent hood designed for use with 3M™ Qualitative Fit Test Apparatus Kits (FT‑10 “Sweet,” FT‑30 “Bitter,” and the FT‑20 training kit). It creates a sealed environment in which a challenge aerosol (e.g., saccharin or denatonium benzoate) surrounds the respirator during fit testing.
