Melgisorb® Plus is a soft, sterile Calcium Sodium Alginate dressing that absorbs exudates and quickly turns into a gel to provide a moist environment for wound healing to take place.
- Highly absorbent.
- Does not adhere to wound bed.
- Enhanced wet/dry tensile strength for ease of application and removal.
- It provides high integrity and high gel blocking properties.
- It minimizes the risk of maceration.
