This securement dressing features chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) antimicrobial adhesive integrated into the dressing, offering protection against bacterial colonization at vascular access sites. It is designed for peripheral IVs, CVCs, midline, arterial, and dialysis catheters. The dressing combines antimicrobial action, catheter stabilization, and insert site visibility in one transparent design.
- Proven to suppress regrowth of skin flora for up to 7 days
- Chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) is formulated into the dressing adhesive to help provide antimicrobial protection without requiring additional moisture to activate
- Securement tape strips help provide consistent application
- Transparent film allows continuous site visibility to easily assess for early signs of complications
- Waterproof while dressing remains intact
