3M™ Chairside Zirconia Blocks for CEREC

3M™ Chairside Zirconia Blocks for CEREC® are CAD/CAM zirconia milling blocks designed for chairside single-visit crown and bridge restorations. Engineered for use with the CEREC® SpeedFire furnace—and compatible with high-temperature sintering systems such as the Programat® CS4—they combine exceptional strength, esthetics, and efficiency.

High Strength & Durable Performance

• Fast-fired flexural strength of ~1000 MPa, enabling restorations that meet ISO 6872:2015 Class 4 standards for fracture toughness and reliability.
• Requires a minimum wall thickness of just 0.8 mm, facilitating minimally invasive tooth preparation and enhanced preservation of tooth structure.

Efficient One-Visit Workflow

• Thin-walled crowns (≤ 1.2 mm) can be fast‑sintered in approximately 19.6 minutes in the CEREC® SpeedFire furnace—other crown designs in ~22.4 minutes, enabling “scan to seat” in about an hour.
• Clinician feedback indicates over 90% satisfaction with milling performance and 83% satisfaction with polishing and fit.

 Natural Shade Matching & Esthetics

• Offered in eight pre‑shaded shades (Bleach, A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, C1, D2), all calibrated against the VITA® classical shade guide for predictable, natural-looking results.
• Balanced translucency-enhanced zirconia (4 mol% yttria) provides life-like visual outcomes without compromising strength.

 Simplified Cementation

• • Compatible with 3M™ RelyX™ Unicem 2 Self‑Adhesive Resin Cement or RelyX™ Luting Plus Resin‑Modified Glass Ionomer Cement for streamlined bonding and clean-up.
