Keystone Fleck’s Zinc Phosphate Cement Liquid Refill is the liquid component of the Fleck’s zinc phosphate dental cement system. When mixed with the compatible Fleck’s powder according to the manufacturer’s directions, it is used for restorative and orthodontic cementation procedures.
