3M Cavit Original Temporary Filling Material is a self-curing provisional restorative material designed for temporary closure of prepared cavities between appointments. It is commonly used in restorative and endodontic workflows when a dependable temporary seal is needed before definitive treatment is completed.
Cavit Original is supplied ready to use, eliminating chairside mixing. The material begins to harden after placement through contact with moisture, helping simplify temporary restoration procedures.
